ApplyGuide is an application-planning tool. It helps organize documents, track requirements, and rank next actions. It does not provide admission decisions, guarantees, or probability estimates (“chancing”).
College requirements and deadlines in the App may be incomplete or outdated even when marked with a source and checked date. Always verify requirements on official college websites. Content marked unverified must be confirmed before you rely on it.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
Paid features (Pro subscription; Full Report one-time purchase) are billed through the App Store / Google Play via RevenueCat. Refunds are governed by the applicable store policies. Entitlements: pro and full_report.
Extraction and review features may use third-party AI. Outputs can be imperfect. Essay tools provide flags only and do not rewrite essays. You remain responsible for your application materials.
Do not misuse the API, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive rates, or use the service to harass others.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” Dheeraj Sharma disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for missed deadlines, application outcomes, or reliance on planning suggestions.
We may update these Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
